Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as BCBA.
Job Description:
- Provide supervision as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to the other members of the therapy team as required in the Centre, school classrooms, home, and community settings
- Provide parent, teacher, and staff training in relation to ABA therapy
- Conduct functional assessments/analyses
- Conduct Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions) and monitor client progress towards goals
- Create an ongoing data collection system to establish a baseline and programmatic efficacy for all client’s and to analyze data on a frequent and ongoing basis to guide programming
- Consult and collaborate with schools, day-cares, medical professionals, and other disciplines
- Assist with administrative tasks and oversight
- Meeting with families, teachers or doctors to discuss the child’s treatment and progress and recommend ways to address behavioral issues
- Deliver service against the performance standards set by the governing body for education in Dubai, Knowledge and Human Development Authority
- Comply with safety and operational standards set by the Community Development Authority
