Based in Long Island, New York, Turnstone ABA delivers high-quality behavior analytic services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, in the home, community, and school setting. We are seeking full and part time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive skills assessments and functional behavior assessments to inform program development and behavior intervention plans
  • Monitor ongoing client progress and problem solve as needed
  • Coach caregivers to implement goals successfully
  • Collaborate and train team of behavior technicians to implement programming

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate is required
  • NY LBA certificate is required
  • Minimum of three years of clinical experience providing services to children with developmental disabilities
  • Experience working with families and conducting caregiver training using behavioral skills training
  • Familiarity and experience with the verbal behavior approach, discrete-trial training, naturalistic language strategies, and behavioral skills training
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments, preference assessments, and skills assessments
  • Experience with developing and monitoring comprehensive skills programs and behavior intervention plans

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80.00 - $95.00 per hour
