Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this role, you will lead behavioral therapy interventions, conduct comprehensive patient assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes by applying evidence-based practices such as applied behavior analysis (ABA), ensuring compassionate patient care, and maintaining meticulous medical documentation. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Conduct intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing patient assessments to determine needs and track progress
  • Collect, analyze, and document data accurately to monitor treatment effectiveness and inform adjustments to intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including special educators, therapists, and medical professionals to coordinate care
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information
  • Communicate clearly with families and caregivers about treatment goals, progress updates, and behavioral health strategies

Experience

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder
  • Strong background in behavioral therapy techniques, data collection methods, and patient assessment procedures
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare documentation standards including HIPAA compliance
  • Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and intake procedures within a behavioral health or educational setting
  • Knowledge of special education practices and working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams is highly desirable
