About the Company:

We are a provider of ABA services with a newly opened center in Joliet, looking to grow our outstanding team of therapists and professionals as we enroll more children. We serve children ages 2-15 in our school-like setting. Our unique approach combines ABA services to teach meaningful skills and increase desired behaviors with educational activities aligned to state learning standards to increase academic success and school-readiness.

The Position:

We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. This part-time role is ideal for a BCBA looking for flexible evening hours, a small caseload, and a collaborative, high-quality clinical environment.

The BCBA will work with a maximum caseload of six learners, providing a minimum of 2 hours of supervision per learner each week. Our after-school program runs from 3:00 - 7:00, Monday through Fridays. The BCBA would have the flexibility to set her schedule within these parameters, as clinically indicated.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Provide supervision to RBTs
  • Conduct assessments and update treatment plans
  • Deliver monthly parent trainings
  • Train and mentor staff
  • Analyze data and ensure treatment fidelity
  • Maintain ethical and compliant documentation
  • Collaborate with schools, families, and team members
  • Develop and oversee learners' behavior intervention plans

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have active BCBA certification
  • Illinois license or eligibility
  • Mimimum 2 years experience as BCBA working with ASD population
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook systems
  • Knowledge of Ensora and Teams platforms
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
