Board Certified Behavior Analyst

United ABA Society is a mission-driven ABA provider dedicated to helping children and families thrive through compassionate, evidence-based behavioral services. We partner closely with families, schools, and communities across Arizona to deliver individualized care that creates meaningful progress and long-term success.

As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking passionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are excited to grow with a supportive and forward-thinking organization.

Position Overview

The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and clinical leadership to ensure high-quality ABA services. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and strong administrative support so clinicians can focus on clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Analyze data and adjust programs to support meaningful progress
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing training Support intake and transition planning for new clients as needed

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Arizona licensure (or ability to obtain) Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills Ability to supervise and mentor RBT staff effectively Reliable transportation for in-home services (if applicable)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
