We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is excited to bring their clinical expertise, leadership, and compassion to a team that genuinely cares about doing meaningful work.

About the Role

As a BCBA at Victory Behavioral Center, you will:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and staff
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven program modifications
• Collaborate with families and team members to support meaningful outcomes
• Maintain high ethical and clinical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines

Most importantly, you will help create an environment where both children and staff feel supported, motivated, and proud of the progress being made every day.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Passion for working with children with Autism and their families
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
