Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Pediatric Haven Therapy Solutions is looking for Hybrid - Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to care for Autism and medically complex children. Qualifications:

• Current unencumbered Mississippi BCBA license
• At least 1 years of pediatric experience
• Maintain current certification in pediatric CPR

Responsibilities:

¨ Conduct descriptive and methodical behavioral assessments

¨ Implement interventions that target behaviors that are beneficial to client

¨ Design and supervise ethical and practical behavior analytic interventions

¨ Use ABA to develop behaviors and teach new skills, including but not limited to improving social interactions, on task behaviors, maintain behaviors (self-control and self-monitoring), and transfer behaviors from one situation to another.

¨ Develop and implement practical assessments, skill acquisition and intervention methods

¨ Provide training and supervision to RBTs

¨ Provide support during family concerns regarding assessment results, next steps and recommendations

¨ Function in a supervisory capacity and provide manage all areas of programming, including behavioral technicians training

¨ Develop all treatment plans

¨ Be the main point of contact between patients and families.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
