Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: starting at $75,000 annually for fully certified BCBAs ($65,000 starting salary for PLBAs)

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA/PLBA at ABS, you’ll:

• Conduct functional behavior and skills assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educators to ensure success across settings.
• Train and support RBTs and other team members on interventions and skill acquisition.
• Analyze data regularly to make meaningful treatment adjustments.
• Provide parent training and consultation to empower families.

What We’re Looking For

• BCBA certification or PLBA licensure in Missouri (or eligibility).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience with early intervention (ages 2–7) preferred.
• Strong clinical background in assessments, verbal behavior, and individualized programming.
• Familiarity with data collection/graphing systems (CentralReach, Catalyst preferred).
• Collaborative mindset, leadership skills, and a passion for helping kids thrive.
