As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with us, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming lives, providing direct clinical care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related disorders. Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical care to children with ASD and other related disorders.
  • Facilitate a team approach toward treatement in a clinic Setting
  • Train, supervise, and mentor incoming therapists.
  • Evaluate the Efficacy of Treatment.
  • Collaborate with team of therapists and other clinicians to develop individualized treatment plans for each child.
  • Provide ongoing training in the areas of behavior intervention, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and follow up care.
  • Participate in team meetings and coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate records on each child’s case notes as well as provide timely case reporting in the event of a medical emergency or missed assessment sessions.
  • Attend professional meetings such as conferences, seminars, etc., to further career development.
  • Effective Demonstration of Implementation of Therapy;
  • Facilitate Effective Training with Parents and Staff.

Qualifications:

  • Masters in Behavior related field
  • BCBA Certification
  • Preferably experience in a clinical treatment setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
