Qualifications and Skills:

• Masters degree (required)
• BCBA
• Ability to supervise and mentor clinical staff
• Special education background or experience working in special education settings
• Experience in patient assessment, behavioral therapy, and data collection
• TB and criminal background check clearance
• Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, treatment, and documentation, in accordance with clinical standards and best practices
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff, promoting professional growth and development
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary treatment teams
• Participate in team meetings, contribute to treatment planning, and ensure the delivery of evidence-based care

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
