Remote BCBA with Northway Academy

Northway Academy is looking for a dedicated Remote Licensed Behavior Analyst ready to make a difference! While this role is remote, occasional travel to our Minnesota centers is required for collaboration. What this looks like:

If you’re within 1.5–2 hours,1–2 onsite days per month
If you require a flight, quarterly visits (three consecutive days)

What You’ll Do

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate closely with families and a supportive clinical team
Coach and train staff to deliver high-quality services

Requirements

Master’s degree in ABA
BCBA certification
Licensed in Minnesota (or eligibility)
