Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a hybrid role combining telehealth and in-person services. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, allowing flexibility based on your availability and professional goals.
The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing ABA programming, supervising clinical staff, collaborating with families, and ensuring high-quality, ethical care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and other team members
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to support skill development across environments
  • Provide parent training and ongoing support
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with ethical standards
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with fellow clinicians
What We’re Looking For
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience providing ABA services and supervising staff
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for client-centered, compassionate care
  • Ability to balance telehealth and in-person services
