Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress through data analysis
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure documentation and treatment plans meet clinical standards

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and intervention strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team environment
