Laila's Way Behavioral Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Specialist to serve as a Virtual Clinical Supervisor. Position Summary

The BCBA/ Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) will provide high-quality virtual clinical supervision, parent training, client support and professional support across Laila Way’s IBHS ABA and group-based service programs. This position ensures fidelity to treatment plans, supports clinician development, and strengthens family engagement through structured parent coaching, skill-building, and behavior analytic consultation. The BCBA/LBS will maintain compliance with IBHS, ABA, and state licensing standards while ensuring continuity of care and measurable progress for each client.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Supervision & Case Oversight

  • Provide virtual supervision to Behavior Health Technicians (BHTs), Assistant Behavior Consultants, and Licensed Behavior Specialists implementing ABA treatment plans.
  • Conduct clinical reviews, treatment plan updates, and supervision meetings to ensure fidelity to ABA programming and IBHS regulatory requirements.
  • Review data, progress monitoring, skill acquisition programs, and behavior reduction plans to ensure treatment integrity and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (BCBAs, clinicians, teachers, case managers) to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all supervision activities, treatment plan modifications, and clinical communications.

Parent Training & Family Support

  • Provide virtual parent training aligned with ABA methodologies, including but not limited to skill acquisition, communication development, toileting, feeding, and behavior management strategies.
  • Deliver structured parent coaching using evidence-based curricula such as RUBI Parent Training, PMT, or organization-approved parent training modules.
  • Support families in understanding data collection procedures, reinforcement strategies, and implementation of home programs.
  • Attend family meetings, team meetings, and school conferences as needed to support generalization across environments.
  • Ensure parent training is billable, documented correctly, and meets IBHS/insurance standards.

Program Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all treatment plans and interventions adhere to IBHS, ABA, and Pennsylvania licensing/credentialing requirements.
  • Participate in internal audits, fidelity checks, and clinical quality monitoring.
  • Maintain active BCBA certification and Pennsylvania LBS license in good standing.
  • Uphold HIPAA, FERPA, and organizational confidentiality and professional standards.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Provide timely communication to clinical coordinators, case managers, administrative staff, and leadership regarding client progress, concerns, or program changes.
  • Participate in team meetings, staff trainings, and professional development as requested.
  • Support onboarding or training of new clinicians related to program expectations and ABA fidelity.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related human services field.
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) required.
  • Experience providing virtual ABA supervision strongly preferred.
  • Strong skills in parent coaching, clinical documentation, treatment planning, and team collaboration.
  • Knowledge of IBHS regulations, ABA best practices, and evidence-based parent training models.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain professional boundaries, and manage a virtual caseload effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
