We are looking for an organized, clinically experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is seeking full-time employment.

Salary for a BCBA $102,000 to $115,000 (depending on experience).

Job Description of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
-
Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc).

Create Individualized, research-based client programs.

Analyze client progress and update programs as needed.

Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates.
-
Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home.
-
Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings.

Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests).

Safety Management.
-
General Cleaning/Sanitizing Duties.

You will be required to attend a monthly group virtual training with our franchisor.

You will be required to attend a monthly individual virtual training with our franchisor.
Qualifications/Requirements of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

BACB Certification (Behavior Analyst).

BLS / CPR certification.
-
No criminal background.
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active.
