Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $400,000 W2 (negotiable based on experience).

Bonus Structure: 35% of collections after a one-time $1.5M production threshold (hybrid W2/1099 model).

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Oral Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for oral surgery and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care. This opportunity allows you to practice full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery in a modern facility with a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and corrective jaw surgery.

Collaborate with referring providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Provide patient consultations with clarity and compassion.

Maintain compliant, accurate documentation and patient records.

Participate in internal marketing initiatives and CE events to support referral relationships.

Stay current on clinical techniques through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.

Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency.

Board certification or eligibility preferred.

Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana.
