Board & Committee Affairs Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Board & Committees Affairs Manager to lead and manage the full Board governance cycle, ensuring seamless coordination, regulatory compliance, and high-quality executive support to the Chairman and Board of Directors.

This role plays a critical part in strengthening governance frameworks, managing Board meetings and General Assemblies, overseeing action plan implementation, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and corporate strategy.
