Saudi national
to support its
Board and Chairman's Office
in a highly visible, execution-focused role.
This is
not
a ceremonial secretary position.
This role exists to ensure
decisions move, actions close, and leadership stays aligned
.
What You'll Actually Do

Attend Board and Committee meetings and capture discussions clearly

Produce concise executive summaries and structured meeting minutes
-
Convert discussions into clear action points (owner, deadline, status)
-
Follow up with senior executives to ensure closure
-
Prepare agendas, meeting packs, and post-meeting follow-ups
-
Act as a professional coordination point between Board members and management
Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal for someone who is:

Saudi national, fluent in Arabic & English

Early to mid-career (typically 2-6 years experience)

Sharp, presentable, and comfortable around senior leadership

Strong at listening, summarizing, and following through
