Board Plant Operator (Nooriabad)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare and feed raw materials into the production line according to production specifications.
• Monitor machine performance, pressure, temperature, speed, and other operating parameters.
• Conduct routine machine inspections before, during, and after production.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or abnormalities to the maintenance team.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments to minimize downtime.
• Ensure product meet quality standards regarding dimensions, thickness, strength, and surface finish.
• Record production data, machine operating parameters, downtime, and material consumption accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the production area.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and use the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth production operations.
• Assist in machine changeovers, preventive maintenance activities, and production line setup.
• Minimize material waste and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Intermediate or Matric with relevant technical experience may also be considered.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating machinery in a cement board, fiber cement, cement, building materials or similar manufacturing plant.
• Experience with automated production lines is preferred.

Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month
