Fospak (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales &amp; Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote building material products, increase market share, and strengthen brand presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction materials, building products, or paint industry and strong knowledge of B2B marketing and dealer networks.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies for cement board products</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis</li><li>Identify new market opportunities and business segments</li><li>Plan annual marketing budgets and monitor ROI</li><li>Build and strengthen brand positioning in the construction materials market</li><li>Develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and branding initiatives</li><li>Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels</li><li>Prepare product brochures, presentations, and technical materials</li><li>Coordinate with technical and production teams</li><li>Work closely with sales team to generate leads and support business development</li><li>Develop dealer and distributor engagement programs</li><li>Organize customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations</li><li>Develop relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and builders</li><li>Identify and expand dealer/distributor network</li><li>Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events, and seminars</li><li>Manage digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Website, Google, etc.)</li><li>Oversee social media and online presence</li><li>Plan promotional campaigns and product awareness initiatives</li><li>Monitor sales performance and marketing KPIs</li><li>Prepare monthly marketing reports</li><li>Track competitor activities and market trends</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)</li><li>5&ndash;10 years of marketing experience (Preferably in Cement, Cement Board, Building Materials, or paint Industry)</li><li>Strong understanding of B2B and industrial marketing</li><li>Experience managing dealer networks and construction sector clients</li></ul>Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

The Architect will be responsible for providing architectural expertise to support the promotion, application, and technical implementation of construction materials. The role involves working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal sales teams to recommend suitable products, prepare technical drawings, and ensure proper usage of company materials in construction projects.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural &amp; Technical Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide architectural design support for projects using company construction materials</li><li>Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and technical details</li><li>Recommend suitable materials based on project requirements and specifications</li><li>Review architectural drawings and suggest value engineering solutions</li><li>Assist clients, consultants, and contractors with technical guidance and product application</li><li>Develop concept designs and presentation materials for clients</li></ul>Project Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams</li><li>Conduct site visits to ensure proper application of materials</li><li>Provide technical support during project execution</li><li>Monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues</li></ul>Business Development Support<ul><li>Support sales team in project identification and client meetings</li><li>Conduct product presentations to architects, consultants, and developers</li><li>Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, and builders</li><li>Assist in preparing technical proposals and project specifications</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Prepare technical documentation and architectural specifications</li><li>Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations</li><li>Maintain project records and design documentation</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from recognized university</li><li>Registration with PCATP (Preferred)</li><li>3&ndash;7 years of experience in architectural design</li><li>Experience in construction materials, building materials, or construction industry preferred</li><li>Experience working on commercial and residential projects</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction materials and building systems</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software</li><li>Knowledge of local building codes and regulations</li></ul>Work Location: In person

<ul><li>Performing Bank Reconciliation.</li><li>Handling &amp; Preparing Bank Payment.</li><li>Processing Accounts Payable and resolving vendor issues.</li><li>Assist in Receivables Aging &amp; Payment Reports on daily &amp; monthly basis.</li><li>Maintain purchase and sales invoices data in Tally ERP and MS Excel, Microsoft dynamic NAV.</li><li>Maintain Aging and party wise ledge data in system.</li><li>Handle communication with the bank to ensure timely issue resolution.</li><li>Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation.</li><li>Manage monthly compliance tasks including SESSI and EOBI submissions, utility bill payments and internet services.</li><li>Issue monthly cheques for vendors and employee salaries.</li><li>Process vendor payments and create all vouchers (Payment, Receipt, Journal)</li></ul>Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
