Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Prepare and feed raw materials into the production line according to production specifications.</li><li>Monitor machine performance, pressure, temperature, speed, and other operating parameters.</li><li>Conduct routine machine inspections before, during, and after production.</li><li>Identify and report equipment malfunctions or abnormalities to the maintenance team.</li><li>Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments to minimize downtime.</li><li>Ensure product meet quality standards regarding dimensions, thickness, strength, and surface finish.</li><li>Record production data, machine operating parameters, downtime, and material consumption accurately.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the production area.</li><li>Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and use the required personal protective equipment (PPE).</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth production operations.</li><li>Assist in machine changeovers, preventive maintenance activities, and production line setup.</li><li>Minimize material waste and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Intermediate or Matric with relevant technical experience may also be considered.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience operating machinery in a cement board, fiber cement, cement, building materials or similar manufacturing plant.</li><li>Experience with automated production lines is preferred.</li></ul>Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

<ul><li>Performing Bank Reconciliation.</li><li>Handling &amp; Preparing Bank Payment.</li><li>Processing Accounts Payable and resolving vendor issues.</li><li>Assist in Receivables Aging &amp; Payment Reports on daily &amp; monthly basis.</li><li>Maintain purchase and sales invoices data in Tally ERP and MS Excel, Microsoft dynamic NAV.</li><li>Maintain Aging and party wise ledge data in system.</li><li>Handle communication with the bank to ensure timely issue resolution.</li><li>Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation.</li><li>Manage monthly compliance tasks including SESSI and EOBI submissions, utility bill payments and internet services.</li><li>Issue monthly cheques for vendors and employee salaries.</li><li>Process vendor payments and create all vouchers (Payment, Receipt, Journal)</li></ul>Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
