The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and welcoming environment. The role includes managing the front desk, handling communications, coordinating office activities, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
- Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Coordinate with office support staff for maintenance and supply needs.
- Provide general information and assistance to clients, guests, and employees.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Korangi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
