Receptionist

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and presentable Receptionist to manage front desk operations, welcome visitors, handle calls, coordinate meetings, and ensure an excellent client experience at our sales office.

Responsibilities

· Welcome and assist clients, investors, and visitors.

· Manage incoming calls, messages, and inquiries.

· Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.

· Maintain visitor records and front desk reports.

· Support sales and management teams with client coordination.

· Ensure reception and waiting areas remain organized and presentable.

· Assist during events, launches, and site visits.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree preferred.

· 1–2 years of relevant experience.

· Good communication skills in Urdu and English.

· Multiple languages preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Professional appearance a customer-oriented attitude.

Location: B-17 Site & Sales Office, Islamabad

Working Hours/Days: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
