Who You Are

You are an efficient, organized individual with excellent time management skills who is looking for the opportunity to gain long-term employment with a progressive, expanding company. You want to learn and grow with us while providing our customers with an experience that surpasses their expectations.

What You Will Do

As the Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the transportation of our customers’ boats. Other responsibilities include:

• Towing boats to and from our dealership to our customer’s homes
• Driving and docking boats to our customer’s homes on the water
• Occasionally transporting boats between our two dealership locations
• Transporting boats to and from storage facilities
• Monitoring tire pressure, lug nuts, etc. on trailers to ensure they are safe for transport
• Preventing damage and protecting dealership property at all times
• Managing company vehicles and notifying management of any maintenance needed
• Documenting inventory locations at all times
• Organizing and moving boats on the sales lot and showroom floor

Requirements

Prior experience as a delivery or transportation specialist, or a similar role is preferred. All applicants must be reliable, accountable and able to maintain a flexible schedule. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for this position, along with extensive towing experience. Other requirements include:

• A passion for boats with knowledge of the marine industry
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn industry specific software swiftly and efficiently

• Adapting to a fluctuating schedule to meet seasonal demands of customers

• Ability to work with high-net-worth individuals
