Boat Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Boat Production Supervisor to oversee all aspects of boat manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain high-quality standards, and lead a skilled team in a safe and productive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily boat production activities to ensure efficiency and quality targets are met.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure all boats meet required specifications and standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve performance goals.
• Manage production resources, maintenance schedules, and budgets effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth workflow and timely project completion.
• Prepare and present regular production reports, including performance metrics and issue tracking.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in boat building, marine manufacturing, or a related production environment.
• Proven track record in supervisory or managerial roles within manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• In-depth technical knowledge of boat construction processes and materials.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to quality assurance, safety, and continuous improvement.
