BOB Cat Operator

Job Summary:

The Bobcat Operator is responsible for operating Bobcat/skid-steer loaders safely and efficiently to support site operations. The role includes material handling, site cleaning, loading/unloading, and basic machine maintenance while following safety and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Bobcat/skid-steer loader safely for loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
• Perform site preparation, cleaning, leveling, and backfilling work.
• Transport materials such as soil, sand, gravel, debris, and waste within the site.
• Follow all safety procedures and site regulations at all times.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance such as cleaning and checking fluid levels.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other operators for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper use of attachments as required for the job.
• Maintain accurate work logs if required.

Safety Responsibilities:

• Adhere strictly to company safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or near-misses immediately.
• Ensure equipment is operated within safe load limits.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bobcat / skid-steer loader operator.
• Valid operator license/certification (as per local regulations).
• Knowledge of equipment operation, safety practices, and maintenance.
• Ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in construction, industrial, or plant operations.
• Familiarity with multiple attachments.
• Basic mechanical knowledge.

Working Conditions:

• Site-based role (construction/industrial/plant environment).
• May require shift work, overtime, or working in varying weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
