We are a fun and flexible environment. We are looking for more team members to join our team. 1 current part time openings available for immediate start.

As a Team Member, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth operation within our fast-paced boba tea cafe environment. Your core skills in food handling, cash register operation, and customer service will allow you to effectively assist guests and manage transactions. With your kitchen experience and knowledge of food preparation, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of food quality and sanitation. Your ability to work efficiently and collaborate with team members will enhance the overall dining experience, making you a vital part of our success.

Qualifications

Commercial kitchen experience is required, Also it is important to be comfortable in a kitchen and proficient in basic cooking. We will provide you with full training.

• Previous restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment is a big plus
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on food handling
• Proficiency in operating POS systems
• Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions
• Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented kitchen setting

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and assisting guests with menu selections.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Assist in training new staff on food handling and service procedures.
