**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Bobarista to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality beverages. As a Bobarista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensuring that every drink is made to perfection. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.

**Responsibilities**

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, tea, and other beverages according to our menu.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Handle cash and operate a cash register accurately and efficiently. - Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of our menu items and ingredients, making recommendations to customers when appropriate.
• Perform basic math calculations to manage cash and inventory.
• Help to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
• Assist with food preparation, including tea making, blender using, and espresso brewing
• Follow all safety and health regulations, adhering to our quality control standards.

**Experience**

• Previous experience in a food or beverage environment is requested but not required for this role.
• Knowledge with cash handling and operating a cash register is also required.
• Prior customer service experience is also favorable, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry is beneficial.
• Basic math skills are necessary for managing cash and inventory.
• Sales skills are also valuable in this role, as are the ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

We require a minimum age of 16 years old to work at Teddy Boba. We also request a positive personality who works well with others, and it willing to go the extra mile.
