Job Description

BG Global is recruiting for a reputed industrial organization with a strong legacy in recycling and a growing presence in corrugated packaging production in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are hiring an experienced Bobst 160 Operator with strong expertise in flat die cutting operations within a high-volume box plant.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Bobst Flat Die machines efficiently
• Ensure quality compliance during die cutting operations
• Lead and supervise machine crew to achieve production targets
• Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime
• Implement autonomous and preventive maintenance practices
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
• Work with pre-feeders, palletizers, and automatic strapping systems when required

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience operating Bobst Flat Die machines or similar
• Strong technical knowledge of flat die preparation and troubleshooting
• Proven leadership experience managing machine operators/helpers
• Understanding of autonomous and preventive maintenance processes
• Computer literacy; experience with shopfloor ERP systems is an advantage
• Diploma in Engineering, Printing Technology, or related field
