About the Role:
We are seeking a Junior Tunnel Engineer with hands-on experience in tunnel design, including structural support systems and permanent lining.

Key Responsibilities:

Support detailed tunnel design, including structural support and permanent lining systems
Assist in analysis, design computations, and preparation of technical reports
Prepare specifications, proposals, and engineering documentation
Coordinate with geotechnical, structural, and other design disciplines
Contribute to design reviews and ensure outputs meet required technical standards
Support project delivery in line with time, cost, and quality expectations
Assist in tender preparation and technical submissions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
3-6 years of experience in tunnelling or underground infrastructure projects
Exposure to tunnel design, including lining and support systems
Familiarity with relevant design standards and engineering practices
Experience with design and analysis tools (e.g. PLAXIS, MIDAS, or similar) is an advantage
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
