Job Purpose
Manage and oversee the entire Body and Paint workshop operations to ensure high-quality vehicle repair and painting services, maximum customer satisfaction, and operational profitability.
Responsibilities:

Manage, lead, and develop the Body and Paint workshop team, including technicians and painters.

Coordinate workshop activities to ensure timely completion of body repairs and painting tasks.

Ensure adherence to company standards and safety regulations within the workshop.

Monitor quality control to maintain high standards of work.

Manage workshop resources, including tools, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency.

Develop and manage budgets and schedules for the workshop operations.

Oversee customer communication to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns related to body and paint services.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop productivity and service quality.

Ensure compliance with warranty and insurance policies related to body and paint repairs.
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, automotive technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in body and paint workshop management within the automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of automotive body repair and painting techniques.
