Position: Body Contouring Specialist

Pay: $18–$22 per hour (plus commission and bonus opportunities)

Requirements

Experience – Minimum of 1 year in a spa or aesthetic setting, preferably with body contouring treatments.
Licensing – Must hold a valid State of Texas Esthetics License.
Availability – Evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skills – Proficient in performing body contouring treatments with a strong ability to consult, educate, and recommend treatment plans and retail products to clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of body contouring services.
• Conduct client consultations and assess health history using intake forms.
• Record detailed client notes, including contraindications, allergies, medications, treatment areas, and treatment plans.
• Educate clients on treatment options, expected results, and recommended treatment packages.
• Stay current with training and education on body contouring technologies and spa product lines.
• Promote and sell treatment packages and products to clients while maintaining a strong retail-to-service sales ratio.
• Complete side work and opening/closing duties as directed.
• Adhere to all licensing rules, safety standards, and spa protocols.
