Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Technician to perform body contouring and skin tightening treatments for our clients. No prior experience in these specific procedures is required—we provide comprehensive training to ensure you're fully equipped to deliver exceptional results. This is a part-time position with flexible hours centered around our busiest client times.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing noninvasive body contouring and skin tightening treatments under supervision.
• Building strong personal relationships with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored recommendations.
• Communicating effectively about treatment options, aftercare, and wellness tips.
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional treatment environment.
• Assisting with general salon operations as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—building trust and rapport with clients is essential.
• Aesthetician certification or experience is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to our Wayne, NJ location.
• Availability and flexibility are the top priorities for this role: Must be available to work all day on Saturdays and between 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM on weekdays, as these are peak appointment times. Additional flexibility for other shifts is highly valued.
