The Tox Austin Southwest is hiring licensed estheticians to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves hands-on work, values precision and presence, and wants to master a proprietary technique at the intersection of aesthetics, lymphatic health, and wellness.

This position is not for massage therapists. An active Texas Esthetician License is required.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver The Tox’s proprietary body sculpting and sculpting facial treatments with precision and care
• Create a calm, spa-like, and grounding experience for every client
• Maintain your treatment room at the highest level of cleanliness, organization, and presentation
• Build strong client relationships that encourage rebooking and referrals
• Learn and confidently educate clients on our curated retail products, including:
• Gua Sha and body contouring tools
• Body lotions and oils
• Detox teas
• Uphold brand standards, professionalism, and studio etiquette at all times

Training & Certification (Fully Sponsored)

• You will receive professional certification in The Tox Technique, valued at $5,000
• Training is conducted in New York City at our corporate headquarters
• All training costs are paid for by the owner
• A 12-month employment commitment is required following certification

Schedule & Expectations

• 8-hour shifts. Average of 3-4 clients per day.
• Part-time technicians should expect 16–24 hours per week
• Weekend availability is required
• Technicians are expected to reliably arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled shift
• Reliability is essential — technicians must consistently arrive on time, accounting for traffic and commute to the Southwest Austin studio

• A licensed esthetician in the state of Texas (required)
• Positive, optimistic, and grounded in your energy
• Detail-oriented and proud of maintaining a pristine workspace
• Comfortable with hands-on body and facial work
• Interested in wellness, lymphatic health, and holistic care
• Professional, punctual, and dependable

Compensation Highlights
