Job Summary:
The Bodyshop Insurance Estimator is responsible for inspecting damaged vehicles, preparing accurate repair estimates, and coordinating with customers, technicians, and insurance companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of collision repair processes, estimating software, and insurance procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of damage and necessary repairs
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates using estimating software (e.g., Audatex, CCC ONE, Mitchell)
- Communicate with insurance adjusters to ensure estimates are approved and claims are processed efficiently
- Coordinate with bodyshop technicians to ensure repair plans are understood and followed
- Provide clear, professional communication to customers about the repair process, timelines, and insurance coverage
- Follow up on pending insurance approvals and supplement claims
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all repairs and estimates
- Ensure compliance with industry and safety standards
- Assist with scheduling vehicle repairs and workflow planning when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bodyshop Estimator
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and insurance procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Valid driver’s license required
Compensation:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Bodyshop Estimator or in a related role in the collision repair industry
- Performance-based incentives or commission (if applicable)
- Benefits package (optional to list if available)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
