Key Accountabilities:
- To gain & understand of good technical knowledge of the vehicle genuine parts prices (new & used).
- Adherence and maintenance of Company “Service standards” for ensuring customer care.
- Receiving and delivery of accident vehicles from customers.
- Work as a team to meet service targets.
- Should be able to interact with customers, have good communication and public relations skills.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies and provide accident repair estimate on the spot.
- Able to prepare independently repair estimate for accident repairs for all brands of vehicle.
- Negotiation with Insurance Surveyors.
- Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- Graduate in Engineering / Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical
- 2-3 year experience as estimator, within a reputable automotive dealership or reputed workshop.
- Sound Technical knowledge with ability to understand customer needs and requirements.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence.
- Proactive approach when dealing with customer.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
