Position Overview

The candidate must hold a valid A Class Boiler Engineer Competency Certificate and will be responsible for safe boiler operations, statutory compliance, and efficient steam generation to support continuous textile production.

Job Description:

The responsibilities of Boiler Engineer includes following but not limited to these

• Operate and supervise biomass/solid fuel steam boilers for textile processes
• Ensure compliance with the Pakistan Boiler Act and provincial boiler board regulations
• Maintain required steam pressure and temperature for production lines
• Monitor fuel feeding systems, combustion efficiency, and emissions
• Maintain boiler logbooks and statutory documentation
• Prepare boilers for annual inspection by Boiler Inspector
• Conduct preventive maintenance and coordinate major overhauls
• Ensure safe working practices and HSE compliance
• Optimize fuel consumption and improve boiler efficiency

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid A Class Boiler Engineer Competency Certificate (Pakistan)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience operating boilers in textile or large industrial units
• Strong knowledge of steam systems, water treatment, and boiler safety devices
• Experience handling biomass/coal/solid fuel-fired boilers
• Ability to manage boiler operators and shift staff
