About the Role:

The Boiler Maintenance Mechanic plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of industrial boilers within a manufacturing environment. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited apprenticeship or technical training program in boiler maintenance or a related field.
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of boiler operation, safety standards, and relevant codes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensed as a 1st Class Boiler Operator.
• Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automated control systems.
• Familiarity with welding and fabrication techniques related to boiler repair.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations related to boiler emissions and operation.
• Additional training or certification in industrial safety practices.

Responsibilities:
