Boiler Operator

We are looking for an experienced Boiler Operator for our textile processing unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise boiler operations and support staff during the shift.
• Ensure all SOPs, logbooks and safety procedures are strictly followed.
• Maintain hourly / daily logbooks for pressure, temperature, fuel consumption and water treatment.
• Coordinate with Dyeing & Printing departments to fulfill steam demand as per production plan.
• Check water treatment system and ensure boiler feed water quality.
• Perform routine checks, basic maintenance and report any faults or abnormal conditions.
• Respond to first level emergencies and immediately escalate critical issues to management.
• Ensure boiler house is kept clean, safe and compliant with factory & environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Boiler Operation / Mechanical / Utilities preferred.
• Experience in textile or process industry boiler operations is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure situations calmly.
• Good record keeping habits and basic communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
