We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Boiler Operator to join our facility management team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this critical role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining boiler systems to ensure safe and efficient operation. You will play a vital role in supporting our organization's operational continuity by managing steam generation and heating systems with precision and accountability.

• Operate and monitor boiler systems, including pressure gauges, temperature controls, and safety devices to maintain optimal performance and safety standards
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on boiler equipment, identifying potential issues before they escalate
• Maintain detailed operational logs and records of boiler performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities
• Perform water treatment and chemical analysis to ensure proper water quality and system efficiency
• Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and troubleshoot problems using analytical skills and technical knowledge
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and operational procedures specific to Dubai and UAE requirements
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and supervisors to schedule repairs and system upgrades
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment around boiler systems and related equipment
• Assist in training junior operators on proper boiler operation and safety protocols

**Required Qualifications:**

• Valid Boiler Operator License or Certification (or equivalent qualification recognized in the UAE)
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience operating and maintaining boiler systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Strong knowledge of boiler operations, steam generation, and pressure systems
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting pressure gauges, thermometers, and control instruments
• Solid understanding of water treatment and chemical handling procedures
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed operational procedures
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with industrial safety standards

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience with HVAC systems and heating equipment
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and best practices
• Familiarity with computerized boiler control systems
• Additional certifications in industrial maintenance or mechanical systems
• Experience working in facility management or industrial environments in the Middle East region
