Eligibility CriteriaFor Boiler Operator

• Certification: Valid Boiler Operator License (Class–A / B / C from relevant Govt. authority).
• Education: Minimum Matric / DAE (Mechanical / Electrical preferred).
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant industrial experience operating and maintaining boilers.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of boiler operations, maintenance, and safety protocols.

For Boiler Operator Assistant

• Education: Matric / Intermediate (DAE preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: 1–2 years in mechanical/technical/boiler-related work (fresh candidates with aptitude may also apply).
• Skills: Mechanical aptitude, willingness to learn, and basic safety awareness.

Key ResponsibilitiesBoiler Operator

• Operate and monitor boiler systems safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and cleaning of boilers.
• Manage water levels, pressure, and fuel consumption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve boiler malfunctions.
• Maintain logs, performance data, and compliance records.

Boiler Operator Assistant

• Assist Boiler Operator in daily boiler operations.
• Support in cleaning, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace safety.
• Help in documentation and compliance reporting.
• Learn troubleshooting under supervision.

Skills Required (Both Roles)

• Technical/mechanical aptitude.
• Strong safety awareness & compliance knowledge.
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
• Teamwork and ability to follow instructions.
