WHO YOU’LL CARE FOR: Three children, Ages: 2 years, 5 years, and 8 years!

OUR CHILDREN ARE: The sweetest blend! Our youngest is adventurous and spunky with a lasting energy. She is still growing and surprising us by the day but I am sure she will be the polar opposite of her siblings who are calm and introspective. Our youngest enjoys art classes, going outdoors, visiting the playground, and even trips to Whole Foods. The kids thrive through mindfulness, play, exploring the outdoors, playing dress up, finding fairies, hiding in forts, creating magical dens. Two attend the Waldorf school, while the youngest will be with the nanny full-time embarking on daily adventures.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Someone who prioritizes love above all else. We are a multicultural family. We grew up in London, but my roots trace back to the Middle East, while my husband has Caribbean heritage. Our home is full with a beautiful blend of diverse people, creating a truly special space. We are immensely grateful of the opportunity to grow alongside our current nannies who will be departing soon. We embrace an authentic, holistic, and organic lifestyle and strive to remain as grounded as possible. We resonate deeply with Waldorf principles and aim to maintain a life filled with love. Our home is child-led, and we believe in no screen time, fostering genuine connections with ourselves and those around us.

I typically leave home with my eldest children to take them to school by 8:00-8:30 AM. My husband stays home, while the nanny spends the day with Aura. You will have the autonomy to plan the day, so being proactive will be appreciated. We also enjoy long walks, and you are welcome to take a stroller if needed. We head to pick up our oldest children around 3 PM and this responsibility may vary. Once they arrive home, they usually want to relax and unwind. Sometimes, they may even ask to go to the park.

I am passionate about cooking and handle all meals. Occasionally, our nanny enjoys baking with the kids, creating fun and creative treats. We have dinner around 5:30.

After dinner, we transition into meditation and mindfulness. We take the time to share our "rose and thorn" of the day, reflecting on both the good and the challenging moments. We have a casual staffed household that includes a personal assistant, home manager, and housekeeper. Although we lead busy lives in music and entertainment, we are fully present in our children's lives.

We view nannies as professionals and, therefore, are committed to maintaining clear expectations and boundaries to set everyone up for success! Additionally, we are looking for a nanny who:

●Has a deep understanding of holistic lifestyles. Familiarity with the Waldorf and Rudolf Steiner philosophies is an added advantage. We highly value personal development and continuous learning, so we would be more than happy to arrange certification for you through our Waldorf educator.

●Flexible and willing to travel. We need travel to London once a year for two months during the summer. Additionally, events or engagements may arise, and we might also wish to spend a weekend away, during which we would like the nanny to join us. Separate housing accommodations will be provided for this purpose.

●Is available to alternate responsibilities for school transportation, including pickups and drop-offs.

WHAT WE’RE OFFERING:

RATE: $40-$50+ per hour, based on experience.

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, totaling between 45 to 60 hours per week. While we rarely exceed 50 hours, we do appreciate occasional flexibility due to the nature of our careers.The schedule will remain consistent.
