Job Title: Bookkeeper
Qualification & Experience
- CA (Inter) qualified or partly qualified
- Minimum 3 years of relevant bookkeeping experience
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts
- Record daily financial transactions including receipts, payments, and journal entries
- Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
- Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations on a regular basis
- Prepare and review trial balances
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records
Reporting & Compliance
- Assist in monthly and year-end closing processes
- Support preparation of financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
- Assist with audit requirements by providing relevant schedules and records
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar)
- Good command of MS Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tax deductions, withholding tax, and sales tax (preferred)
- Exposure to international clients is an advantage
- Familiarity with ERP systems

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
