Bookeeper

Full Charge Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant (Hybrid Role)

Ideal candidate must be proficient in QuickBooks, has strong attention to detail, can multi-task and work independently as well as a team. Location of employment will be in the office and can eventually convert to remote working when applicable. Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Payroll – Automated thru ADP
  • Reconciliation of all bank statements for multiple companies.
  • Reconciliation of all credit card statements for multiple companies.
  • Monthly sales tax submission for all multiple companies.
  • Opening and distributing mail as needed.
  • Maintains office supplies
  • Assist with miscellaneous office tasks.

Skills

  • QuickBooks Proficiency.
  • 3 plus years of Bookkeeping Experience.
  • Bookkeeping Certification and/or similar work experience preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
