Cashier/Bookeeper

As a Cashier/Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in our daily operations, providing excellent service to our customers while managing financial transactions and bookkeeping tasks. We are looking for someone who is not only detail-oriented but also brings energy and enthusiasm to every aspect of their work.

· Process customer orders and record them in the restaurant database.

· Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.

· Accept payments in cash, credit, or debit cards. Issue receipts, refunds, credit due to the customers accurately.

· Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, orders, and general assistance.

· Place food orders in the appropriate bags and boxes.

· Issue receipts, refunds, change. Redeem stamps and coupons.

· Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.

· Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments.

· Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

· Process invoices and payments, reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

· Perform closing procedures such as cleaning and sanitizing the cashier station and

securing the cash drawer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
