Job Summary:

The Booking Officer at OZ Developers is responsible for managing and coordinating all customer booking activities related to property sales and reservations. This role ensures a smooth and efficient booking process by maintaining accurate records, handling client inquiries, and providing administrative support to the sales and finance teams. The Booking Officer serves as a key liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring timely updates, accurate documentation, and a seamless customer experience from initial booking through to final allotment.

Responsibilities:

• Confirming bookings and reservations for clients
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handling booking inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Updating and maintaining accurate records of bookings
• Providing clients with information about available services and options
• Processing payments and issuing receipts for bookings
• Communicating booking confirmations and details to clients
• Monitoring booking systems and ensuring data accuracy
• Assisting clients with changes and cancellations of bookings
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly booking reports
• Handling special requests and accommodations for clients
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Providing excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction
• Maintaining confidentiality of client information

Additional Qualifications:

• Male applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Atleast Intermediate, preferably graduate.
• Should be well presentable and well spoken.
• Candidates with prior experience in customer services / bookings be preferred. However, fresh candidates can also apply.
• Preference will be given to candidates located nearby, within the vicinity of Raiwind.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
