Job Overview

VirtualRep SMC Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chat Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in online chat support and will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional assistance to US based customers through chat.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining VirtualRep’s high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat.
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions or recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and processes.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective support.
  • Continuously enhance communication and product knowledge through training and self-learning.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in chat support roles.
  • Communication: Excellent written English with strong grammar and spelling.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency using ChatGPT, Grammarly, and CRM/chat software.
  • Core Skills:
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Professional, empathetic, and patient attitude toward customers.

Location: Gulberg, Lahore (On-site)

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
