customer service representative - customer support agent

Lahore, Pakistan

Location: Model Town Link Road, Lahore
Shift: Afternoon (12 PM – 1 PM start, 9-hour shift)

About the Role
PlanLab Solutions is seeking a proactive Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional assistance to our international clients. You’ll be managing customer interactions across chat, email, and phone, ensuring every customer walks away satisfied.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via calls, live chat, and email.
  • Resolve issues related to products, accounts, and order processing.
  • Document customer interactions using CRM tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk.
  • Collaborate with the support team to maintain service quality.
  • Stay up to date on product updates and policies.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
  • Good analytical and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Gorgias, or Tidio is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
