Job Opportunity: Associate HR Executive Company: Planlab Solutions Location: Model Town Link Road, Lahore Work Hours: 12:00 PM &ndash; 9:00 PMPlanlab Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Associate HR Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources while working in a fast-paced startup environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review resumes and applications, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.</li><li>Communicate and explain HR policies clearly to employees.</li><li>Prepare and submit all relevant HR documents, letters, and certificates in consultation with management.</li><li>Process payroll, salary slips, increment letters, leave encashment, and full &amp; final settlements accurately and on time.</li><li>Maintain and monitor employee attendance to ensure punctuality.</li><li>Conduct employee orientation and facilitate joining formalities for newcomers.</li><li>Maintain and regularly update the master employee database (personal files, records, etc.).</li><li>Resolve employee grievances or queries and escalate issues when necessary.</li><li>Prepare HR letters such as offer letters and confirmation letters.</li><li>Engage with employees regularly to understand motivation levels and promote a positive work environment.</li><li>Conduct the first round of telephonic interviews and coordinate further rounds.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Excellent communication and writing skills; must be confident and articulate.</li><li>People-oriented with a result-driven mindset.</li><li>Experience in Recruitment &amp; Selection, preferably with technical recruitment exposure.</li><li>Knowledge of payroll management systems.</li><li>Strong people management, training, and development skills.</li><li>Relevant qualifications: BBA, MBA (HRM), or equivalent.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Be part of a fast-growing company and a dynamic work culture.</li><li>Opportunity to develop comprehensive HR skills across recruitment, payroll, training, and employee engagement.</li><li>Work in a collaborative environment where your contributions make a real impact.</li></ul>Work Timings: 12:00 PM &ndash; 9:00 PMApply now and be a part of Planlab Solutions, where your HR skills will help shape the organization&rsquo;s growth!LinkedIn : https://www.linkedin.com/company/planlab-solutionsJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable calling the candidates in English?</li><li>Current Salary?</li><li>Expected Salary?</li><li>It's a Lahore-based and on-site position (12pm - 9pm); are you comfortable with it?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HR: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
