We are currently hiring Customer Support Agents for Afternoon and Night Shifts at our on-site office in Lahore.This is a support-only position, no sales, no cold calling, and no commission-based targets.Job OverviewAs a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries through CRM and ticketing systems while delivering a professional, empathetic, and solution-driven support experience. PlanLab Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative.
