Responsibilities:
Manage Customers' live chat, emails and inbound/outbound calls
Reporting about the progress of the project
Can handle meetings with other teams
Qualification and Experience:
· Minimum 1-3years experience in a customer support role or supervision.
· Proficient in spoken and written English.
· Experience in Zendesk, Gorgias, and Customer Type CRM.
· No sales, targets, or commission-based work
