Customer Support Representative

365 Care Group is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Fresh Graduates to join our Customer Support Team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to start their professional career in customer service and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced fintech and technology environment.

The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, responding to inquiries, resolving basic issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
  • Assist customers with account-related queries and general support requests.
  • Record and update customer information in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
  • Meet assigned customer service and quality standards.
  • Prepare basic reports and maintain support records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Fresh Graduates Welcome).
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Internship or part-time experience in customer service, sales, or administration.
Experience using CRM or customer support tools (not mandatory).

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
